It is ideally placed for exploring the West Coast islands, Loch Lomond, whisky distilleries, majestic castles and numerous golf courses.

Powering Net Zero Conference 2023 will take place in the Crowne Plaza Glasgow.
Crowne Plaza Glasgow is a 4-star hotel located on the banks of the River Clyde in the heart of Glasgow, within a 5-minute walk of Clyde Auditorium and Glasgow Science Centre.
Every Crowne Plaza has a dedicated team to champion their ‘Green Agenda’. They have already switched over 70 products from single-use plastic to recyclable or compostable materials, with the view to increase this further. Single use plastic has been reduced in their hotels by over 2 million items per year, with a target reduction of a further 3 million.
A number of waste management initiatives are currently being employed, using qualified waste removal contractors where possible. As well as the major categories like paper, food and single-use plastic, they are also recycling glass, PPE, WEEE, printer cartridges and cooking oil. Landfill makes up just 4% of their waste and they are seeking to reduce that further.
100% of electricity the Crowne Plaza Consumes, where possible, is sourced from renewable energy and they are also looking at ways of producing their own energy through solar and wind power.
The Crowne Plaza Glasgow is Green tourism accredited.
